I am looking for Amos Hunt, son of William. Amos was born C1822. in Bisley. He married Mary Ann Franklin in 1848 His father was William Hunt who was a weaver. His mother, I believe was called Elizabeth. I would really appreciate any information about the Hunts from Bisley. Thank you.
Also looking for Joseph and Jacob Hunt from the same area.

HI,
There is a Mr A.G Hunt at Limbricks Farm (Waterlane). The family have farmed in the bisley area for over 100yrs so he might be a good place to start.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for the information. I shall certainly follow up on your suggestion. I think that Amos' father (William Hunt born about 1792) was a farm worker following his time as a weaver.
Thanks again
